Why Consign With Us? Our team is very knowledgeable when it comes to bringing the top dollar for you items. Alyn, Austin and Julie have been in the antique business for a combined total of over 15 years. We are committed to helping you get the top possible dollar for your items.
What is your commission? We charge a 30% commission for items that are brought to us at our Auction House here in Pleasant Hill. For vehicles we charge 15% and firearms we charge 10%. If we have to pick up your items, your commission charge will range from 35%-45%, or there will be a flat charge of $175 dollars as a pickup fee if it is a large amount of items.
Do you charge a buyers premium? Here at New Town Auctions, we don't believe in charging a buyers premium. When our customers purchase something at our Auction House, we believe that the final bid should be the amount you pay, Now we do charge tax, but we cant control that!
